70. You want to pay the contractor when?
Your kidding right?
Now here’s the biggy.
Many will take your money, & then may or may not come back and do the job as quickly as you expect.
So my suggestion is to schedule a form of payment over time.
You also need a:
- definite date of when the work will start
- when it will be completed
- and when the guy gets paid
I like to break it up and pay a third, a third, and a third.
